Extended hours

We offer pre-booked extended hours appointments on Tuesday mornings between 6:40am and 8am. 

If you have an extended hours appointment please use the the doorbell to the left of the front door to alert a member of staff to your arrival.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Extended Access Hub

South Trafford Primary Care Network (STPCN) offer increased access to healthcare services for South Trafford Network patients.

There is now a single hub based at Shay Lane Medical Medical Centre. Hub Services are provided by Dr M Patel - Clinical Director of STPCN and his clinical team at:

If you require a routine GP appointment and cannot attend routine appointments on Monday to Friday here at the Family Surgery then please consider booking an appointment at the hub.

Dr Patel and GP colleagues provide evening and weekend care for our patients. Appointments are available from 6.30pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

To make an appointment at the Hub. please contact reception HERE at the Family Surgery 929 9300, please do not try to call the Hubs directly as they cannot make appointments for our patients.
